First of all, you have to go to the bank for various simple things, like closing an account!!! Why?! Lately they introduced all sorts of pop-ups that can't be turned off, trying to sell all kinds of services. Pure greed and most annoying. Commissions and fees are a nightmare compared to rival apps. After the last update it reacts very slow. In my case, sometimes the confirmation time for a payment expires before I get the notification from the app. Not recommended in case you have other options.

Worst way to lock down one's money. App shuts down with generic error or none at all every time I try to open it. Moreover, it displays crash messages despite not being used. Support team is totally useless, they can't help users with a proper debug. Avoid BCR at all costs, they put your money at huge risk
