First of all, you have to go to the bank for various simple things, like closing an account!!! Why?! Lately they introduced all sorts of pop-ups that can't be turned off, trying to sell all kinds of services. Pure greed and most annoying. Commissions and fees are a nightmare compared to rival apps. After the last update it reacts very slow. In my case, sometimes the confirmation time for a payment expires before I get the notification from the app. Not recommended in case you have other options.

Very bad experience with this bank. It is weekend and when I tried to open George it said "your android is outdated". My phone doesn't support newer version, and I don't intend to change my phone at least this month. They only sent an email stating you need new android but only 5 days ago not 2 months like other banks do. So be careful with BCR! On Monday I will go to a teller, withdraw all my money, close my BCR account and move to other bank.
