GEP Staff App: The Operational Backbone of the Guest Experience Platform

Transform how your hotel operates with the GEP Staff App. Designed specifically for the fast-paced hospitality industry, this application empowers your operational teams—from housekeeping and maintenance to food & beverage and front desk—to manage, track, and fulfill guest requests with unprecedented efficiency.

By eliminating radio chatter and paper checklists, the GEP Staff App ensures the right task gets to the right staff member at exactly the right time.

✨ SMART TASK ROUTING (POLYVALENCE)
Stop overwhelming your staff with irrelevant notifications. Our intelligent Polyvalence engine automatically filters the hotel’s live request pipeline. Housekeepers only see room cleaning and amenity requests, maintenance teams only see repair tickets, and room service sees only F&B orders.

📋 UNIFIED REAL-TIME PIPELINE
Never lose track of a guest request again. The app divides work into two clear, intuitive tabs:

Available Tasks: A live feed of pending requests specific to your department.

My Active Tasks: Your personal workspace tracking the tasks you have claimed and are actively working on.

⚡ ONE-TAP TASK FULFILLMENT
Take control of the workflow with our strict, easy-to-use status engine:

Take Over: Claim ownership of a pending task with a single tap so your team knows it's being handled.

Complete: Mark tasks as resolved instantly once the service is delivered.

Cancel & Document: Safely cancel impossible requests with mandatory operational notes, ensuring total accountability and clear communication with the front desk.

🔍 DYNAMIC REQUEST DETAILS
Whether it’s a detailed midnight food order with allergy warnings, a request for three extra towels, or an urgent plumbing issue, the app dynamically adapts its layout to show your staff exactly the information they need—nothing more, nothing less.

🔒 SECURE & MULTI-TENANT
Built on a robust, enterprise-grade architecture, the GEP Staff App requires secure, role-based credentials. Once logged in, staff are automatically routed to their specific hotel’s ecosystem, ensuring data privacy and operational security.

Note: This application is for registered staff members of hotels utilizing the GEP (Guest Experience Platform) ecosystem. It requires an active staff account provisioned by your hotel's administration team to log in.
