HOW IT WORKS:

KEY FEATURES:
- Native Language Requests: Submit requests or food and beverage orders in Turkish or one of 12 major foreign languages. Real-time AI instantly translates your submissions into the staff's language, ensuring accurate service delivery and eliminating language barriers.
- Instant Service Requests: Need extra towels, a specific room cleaning type, or maintenance?. Submit your requests with a single tap and track their status in real-time.
- In-Room Dining: Browse beautiful digital menus to order room service, complete with detailed ingredient lists, allergy warnings, and dietary tags.
- AI City Guide & Map: Access an interactive map plotting historical landmarks and hidden gems in Istanbul. Speak to the AI Tour Guide using Speech-to-Text for hands-free queries, and listen to historical facts read aloud via Text-to-Speech.
- Live Feedback (Pulse Check): Share your experience by rating your stay from 1 to 5 stars directly on the dashboard. This allows staff to instantly intercept and resolve any issues before you even check out.

ENTERPRISE-GRADE PRIVACY:
Your privacy is our priority. Your 6-digit code securely embeds your scheduled checkout date and time. At the exact moment of checkout, the app automatically signs you out and revokes access to protect your privacy and reset the system.
