First time I've used aeroguest but found it really easy to use and like the idea of being advised prior to arrival if your room is available prior to the standard check in. I had also requested two single beds but original check in realized I had been issued with a double bed so was easy to change in plenty of time before arriving.

Our stay was very lovely to surprise my husband for his birthday. The Park Suite was comforting in furnishings and design choices, and very clean. I would have liked to give 5 stars, if not for a few problems with attention to detail (excluding our check-in and checkout experience, which was very good). Arriving to a bottle of champagne and a minibar full of alcohol was awkward, after I noted to guest relations that my husband and I did not drink alcohol. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!

Idea is great, but most hotels integrate this badly. I often see that hotels still require a card for turning on the lights in the room, but there isn't one provided, and I used the app to open the door. Also, the heating usually does not turn on in the room, because the heating system has not received the check-in properly from aero guest or the hotels PMS integration. And it would be nice to have an easy, clear way to contact the front desk in the app.

When booking a hotel, it crashes every time I reach the payment. Clearly an issue with the app. When contacting customer support they tried to brush me off, and I was told to use a different card.

Bounced into using this app by Wakeup Hotel in København. App would unlock my room door but not activate the elevator, which meant that having half the functionality available was pointless as I couldn't actually get up to my room. Abandoned using the app and got some "proper" key cards from hotel reception.
