I don't know what's happening to the app, but I think it's bugging. I bought the ticket early in the morning before going to school, and as I ride the COMET Bus and scanned the QR code, it says that the ticket is already expired. I've told the driver that I just bought the ticket earlier. This happened to me twice. Now the drivers of the COMET Bus thinks that I am cheating on them when it comes to paying my ride, resulting to them not letting me ride the shuttle.

FAQ has no actual answers to questions for newbies like me. No options for student discounts especially since the area where I'm studying now only has COMET as a mode of transportation. Slow customer service. No actual instructions on how to use the app itself (just make an account, and you're done), not knowing what the "points", "tokens", and "passes" are for. Not good accessibility and flexibility for other people with 1. No Internet, 2. No mobile devices.
