Not user-friendly at all. Impossible to navigate. Trying to book a swim is nigh on impossible. Terrible app.

The app isn't working/loading properly. I was able to book a class but not even sure if I have logged in, and it won't allow me to check my bookings.

I booked a family swim and got confirmation of the booking by email. In the app history it said you have no booking. I booked another swim for the following week, and I needed to change the time as it didn't suit, and I couldn't because again it said I had no booking even though I had paid and had a confirmation email. It seems you can't change anything as you information is not stored in the app of the bookings you have made.
