It works as described. It gives you the best number to get ahold of a real person. It can not make a real person be there outside of regular business hours to answer, however. It does have answers to common problems for most businesses though.

UPDATE 1/18 logier not in database | UPDATE 09/19 Cants speak about the callback service, and it seems to be the majority of comments are about that service. Refers to the directory -> "the Utmost in Convenience & Frustration" mediation. Will update review about "Directory-in-App" form when I continue to use.

Nice concept but it doesn't work. The best part is the text they send asking if the issue is resolved, hours after they didn't connect a call. I responded with no. They reassured a few more hours and sent so note how happy they are to have helped. IT DOESN'T WORK!

Ever since the upgrade to Android 14 the "Get Human" app has stoped working. Why hasn't the app developers updated the app, so it can work with Android 14? I click to open the app the green Get Human flash screen pops up & then get an all white screen & nothing. It needs a fix.

Get Human used to work great. Now I can't verify my phone number half the time. And even when I'm able to do that, I can't get Get Human to get on hold for me. Very disappointed. And no way for me to email someone at Get Human!
