Money was sent on this app since Friday and till now the beneficiary account was not credited. The beneficiary bank Said they never received any money base on the session ID. Please fix this now since Friday what sort of payment platform is this????????

My experience at getripay was very unpleasant. I used the app to buy airtime at 6am it didn't go through and neither was it reversed. It was after several chats and reports that I made to the customer care chat that it was finally reversed at about 3pm. This is very poor, annoying and a major put off.
