Fiber is far and away the best ISP I have ever had. It constitutes a great value. Recently, Fiber upgraded my service from 2 Gbps down/1 Gbps up to 3 Gbps down/3 Gbps up(I actually get around 3.6Gbps)... at no charge. My bill has been constant for the 3 years I've had Fiber. My new Fiber Wi-Fi 7 router outputs over 3 Gbps on Wi-Fi. The technicians are super competent, as are the U S-based tech support people. Highly recommend.

The new payment validation is extremely frustrating. Expiring card - the date and 3-digit code change. The existing 3 digit pin can not be modified. Make a new one. Says added successfully. It wasn't. Can't have two cards with the same 16 digit card number. Fine, I'll remove the old card first. I can't because it's the primary. Move it to secondary. I can't because I have to have a primary. Also, expired cards can't be the primary, so no saving. Try gpay, says success. Fail. Same 16 digits.

It buffers. It stops. And freeze spots. Ran speed test, and it's not the speed I'm paying for. Cox didn't have these problems. If not corrected I might go back to Cox.

Screw this horrific company. They somehow "accidentally" canceled my account which I had to remake from scratch, causing my router to be delayed over the weekend from delivery (I work from home!). Then once it finally gets here not one, but two routers show up... and neither one works! I've been fighting support for close to two days to get my router activated, and they keep "escalating" me. All they have to do is pair my router's SN with my account, and it's too complex for them... don't buy!!!

I have fiber installed yesterday and it's useless. Unstable although it says the speed is great. It continually disconnects and reconnecting. I'm sorry it was installed and will more than likely give it back. I wonder if they'll patch my wall since they wouldn't place it where I wanted it.
