Greatest Wi-Fi so far I haven't had issues they help fast they answer fast and if im late on my payments they give me a few days to pay it before disconnecting service my old service as soon as you didn't pay they would cut it I love you Google fiber beat Wi-Fi of all times, and we only pay 72 bucks a month not bad honestly I only have one router, and it circulates the whole house and its great honestly I don't have to worry about glitches or Wi-Fi just randomly turning off or it just shutting down

I like my Google fiber much better than Xfinity/Comcast, but I'm still not getting the full speeds regularly.

The internet is not as reliable or nearly as fast as they claim, and this app doesn't work. "Something went wrong" keeps coming up. When I sign in, it says that my email does not have a fiber account even though it does, and I receive my billing notification in the email account that I tried to sign in with.

App is terrible almost never opens if it by chance does it rarely works. Ive called support 3 or 4 times to get my Wi-Fi extenders working (which still won't work any range greater than 5 feet from router) and ive stated my complaints about not only the extenders but also the app and ive been told they will have someone look into it. NOTHING HAS CHANGED. If anyone else can get their internet speeds close to yours im switching services. I gave 1-star cause giving 0 isn't possible

How does the GOOGLE FIBER APP not have access to "sign in with Google?". Auto-update enabled? Have to update manually (android OS/Google Play Store (both made/operated by Google). Can't sign in with password, can't sign in with OTC, can't "sign in with Google" and apparently can't pay my bill because I can't log in to pay it. "Something went wrong" yeah this whole app went wrong.

Port forwarding doesn't work, missing lots of basic functionality, and the Ui is slow and clunky. Misses device names as well. Fiber internet itself is good, but this app that is for the included router is garbage.
