Good app but don't order frozen item via app as delivery is usually significantly later than packing, so your item will be unfrozen

I didn't receive the item I ordered, and they didn't replace or refund, I tried sending email multiple times calling them nothing seems to be working terrible customer experience, if you're ordering groceries from here remember to check all the items you ordered and if they're missing forget about what you do because they won't respond.

This is the worst delivery app by India Bazaar. Their order update feature is bogus. No one checks the chat option on the order. Neither anyone replies to your email. If you are ordering stuffs that need to be refrigerated quickly, do not even think placing the order through this app. The delivery person pick the order around 11 and delivers It's after 4-5 hrs

Worst ever. They keep old and expired stock of everything. Worst experience I had. Ordered 2 bags of rice and when I opened I found a lot of rice worms and bugs. I tried to contact customer support, they won't reply or respond. Not recommended at all.
