Every time I do delivery they never have everything you need, especially if it's on sale.

App is glitchy, also, just use the Instacart app, the delivery fees are usually cheaper. When shopping, in a specific item you go back, and it takes you back to home page of giant eagle app. 9.95 just delivery no matter what, then another fee, then tip. Instacart has them but less expensive. Save money with a better programmed app.

Grocery list keeps disappearing...so annoying when I get into the store...no list.

Horrible. Since Kroger took over, you can no longer use the scanner to find the price of items. This is horrible as I used it a lot to double-check prices, and now it is gone. Unless someone can help me find another way around this I will have to make sure the prices ring up correctly. And if not, I will have to continuously bother the workers that you cannot find either to look up the prices.

I continue to get a system error message when trying to pay for the items. I've called Giant Eagle headquarters twice but to no avail.
