My previous Urologist prescribed Rapaflo and Flo max and told me I could take both but not at the same time. I could switch from one to the other to tell which one I liked better. He then sent me back to my Primary Care Doctor who will only prescribe Flo max. I still have refills on Rapaflo and hope I can get it filled again

This app is working extremely well in most areas. Mainly two that could use improvement. I've never been able to get alerts to notify me (had to sign up for text alerts). Second, I wish it could show me the quantity of pills I'm supposed to get. Otherwise, great app.

Makes it very easy to refill medications, request the pharmacy to contact the provider for a new prescription, and to see when medications are ready to pick up, or overdue for a refill... A nice perk would be if we could request delivery in the app, instead of always having to call. Although I understand it's important to be sure a customer is close enough and otherwise qualifies for delivery.

App says my prescriptions were filled. They weren't. Now I'm out of my medications, and it'll take a few days to get them. My pharmacists even said that the app is trash and to never use it.

This app seems to get worse every time I use it. Very slow to open, very slow to go from screen to screen and much more difficult to use than even the less-than-great Walgreens Pharmacy app. Yeesh!

Every time I click the link for managing my rx or refilled rx, it's always a blank screen!! Also, there's no auto refill like cvs has!!! Love GE pharmacy, staff is friendly n more helpful n prices r way bttr for my pocket, then cvs but the app compared to cvs is severely lacking!!!

The app no longer shows accurate information nor does it allow you to submit prescriptions for refill. I talked to the workers at the pharmacy, and they said that they have no relationship to the app. Giant Eagle pharmacy should either fix the system or get rid of the app.
