Gini Help provides AI call screening for unknown numbers. When an unknown number calls, Gini answers first, asks who is calling and why, and uses the caller's answers to decide whether to put the call through. Your saved contacts always ring normally — family, doctors, and friends reach you like they always have.

WHAT GINI DOES

• Unknown caller screening — Gini interviews unknown callers so you don't have to. You see who called, why, and a transcript of the screening conversation.
• Phone scam alerts during calls — Gini listens for the warning signs of common scams, like urgent demands for payment or requests for personal information, and warns you during the call.
• Robocall screening — likely robocalls and telemarketing calls are screened out without ringing your phone.
• Screened voicemail — junk messages are kept separate, so real messages are easy to find.
• Scam awareness built in — Gini watches for the patterns used in common impersonation scams, including callers claiming to be from a bank, a government program, a healthcare program, or a family member. No screening service can catch every scam, so Gini is designed to help you spot trouble, not to replace your judgment.
• Calls in your Phone app — calls Gini puts through ring in the Gini app, and with your permission Gini adds them to your Phone app's call history, so they show in Recents with your other calls. Gini only adds its own calls; it never reads or shares your call history.

Recent changes:
This update adds a Permissions page in Settings, so you can see at a glance what Gini can use and turn on anything that's off. If you allow it, calls Gini puts through now show in your Phone app's recent calls on any Android phone. We also fixed a few small issues throughout the app.
