If you've got the time GoBus is a great low-budget option for getting to and from DC to NYC ime. Works for me and is a comfortable ride for sure.

Errors out when you try to cancel your ticket every time!

Error when I try to cancel a ticket I should be able to use the app, the mobile site and the desktop site to cancel a ticket instead of calling and speaking to a customer service rep

Go buses has horrible customer service, flat out lied to me and even with a BBB dispute they would not pull the recording to verify it and lied about there calls being recorded but first said they listened to one of the calls and said I was dealt with respect. How do you know that if not the calls not recorded?. Do not use their services, they leave people behind, buses break down, DO NOT USE GO BUSES SCAM !
