★★★★★ I almost never need to use a taxi but when I did on a recent night out I booked a taxi that showed up within 5mins and paid through the app. It all just worked so no complaints at all.
★★☆☆☆ The app works okay although searching for locations is a pain and could be better. The service of late though is poor. Prebooked a taxi at 8am for 6pm that evening. Need not have bothered. App searching for driver at 6pm and never found one. Ended up cancelling and using another taxi firm. Pre booking is pointless!
