Great little so except that the text box with the yellow dot on the map doesn't stay at your location. If you accidentally jog the map or zoom, it stays as a rather confusing overlay. Apart from that, I'd have given it 5 stars. I really wanted to give it 4.8

Sadly this app and company not worth it. First the app is not precise, mostly it shows different time for pickup than in reality. Secondly you need to manually type your pickup and drop off place. Thirdly, the main problem is you can often notice when it says your driver is on the way, after few minutes it goes back assigning the driver phase. The issue is the driver can manually cancel your booking for get juicier booking. Because of this many times I must wait for 20-30 min extra.

Nice UI but terrible service. We booked a taxi using the app and received a text notifying us that our car was en route. 20 minutes later we received another text from KLM to say that the car was outside, including details like the car make and reg. However, no such car was outside waiting for us. After waiting 10 minutes, we phoned the company only to be told that they had no record of our booking. Very disappointing

Can't update phone number on my account. The driver tried to call me on my last trip but couldn't, as number has changed and I still can't change it on the app
