Really easy to use no need to queue to buy individual tickets for attraction all in the one app. Booking attractions are also really easy via the app. I will definitely use the Go City app again.

Don't use go city, there customer service agents are like reading books, they are not willing to help at all. I had an unfortunate incident where I asked for refund, but they denied. The parks said if you had bought the tickets from us directly we could have refunded you but now go city have everything. I tried to save some money with their pass but be aware if something happen they won't back you at all. Their agents are just reading books, totally clueless. One of my worst purchase.

Bad experience, we took a 2-day pass and for some attractions need to be redeemed at the office, and doesn't say on the app, then you have 6 attractions obligatory to buy, but they know that some museums that you take, you won't be able to make it on time, is unfair that they give you 2 day pass counting hours at night when there is nothing to do at night. Last, some museum you have to download another pass, and they don't explain this on the app. You'll lose time downloading it.
