Can't add patient details while booking token

Even though it's a useful app for booking appointment (Rajendra Hospital, Cali cut) but it still fails to provide the updates on the live token status. Also, prescription and lab reports are not updated. So what's the use? Booking can be done through phone also by calling the hospital DESK. I COULD SEE WAITING TOKENS BUT IT DOESN'T UPDATE COMPLETED TOKEN, WHICH FAILS THE LIVE STATUS TRACKING OF TOKENS, WHICH IS THE USP OF THIS APP. IT FAILS BIG TIME!!!!

Worst experience. Live updates are super comedies in Heal fort Hospital Kuttipuram. During my last visit, Token 18 was consulting for more than 1.5 hours.
