Really easy to use app, with excellent client service. There is many available bikes, all very comfortable and in plenty of locations. Looking forward to getting a pickup point in Eindhoven soon.

The app works well, but the bikes were in bad shape. Every single bike had flat or shredded tires, and the tires weren't set in the rims correctly, so they tended to burst when pumped. Also, the app didn't let you report a bike for repair unless you had already rented it.

There are no drop off stations in the city. You can only ride them in a very small area. They have no gears. It's a cruiser type bike. Uncomfortable seat for men.
