Used this app and the bike service a few times and have had a good experience. I did have an issue with the bike locking and I reported the issue through the app and it was resolved within 15 mins (it was a Saturday as well!).

100% disappointed: Can I give zero star? - In Hong Kong, the "bike sharing"
provided by Gobee bike does not work. When I try to fetch a bike, it is
much more often than not that I will find a damaged bike (reported or not)
than a functional one. And no one is going to take the damaged bikes away
and they are nuisance to the community. If not for the remaining HK$20
something that I have deposited before (and forget about the gift credit),
I will take the deposit back, uninstall the app and never rent a bike from
them again! Totally disappointed!

I tried to use it for the first time today, all the 5 bikes I tried were broken. The scanning code doesn't work very well and even when trying to enter the code manually it wouldn't recognize (my bike had an ID starting with 39 and in the app it's 33 by default, so I guess this is why it didn't work). When I finally managed to unlock a bike it was broken, and I was charged (it even said I had a 4min ride when I didn't moved). I tried to report the bike as broken but the ID was not recognized...a horrible user experience.

DISAPPOINTING app!!! Server busy and cannot get in it over a long period of
time, so that cannot terminate the service😠😠😠 ofo bike is better too
