Works well and when it doesn't, the developers get back with you almost instantly to resolve the problem! Developers can't test for every obscure possibility. So it's always nice to get rapid acknowledgement and a solution when you give the app a new situation to manage.

Invasive app with always-on location access. The old app for hov discounts was better with less privacy invasion.

The system is severely flawed and unreliable. I use a lot of HOV tolls and the system fails on either the GoCarma on NTTA side constantly. Over the past 3 months it is a 48% failure rate to correctly identify or apply the discount. Customer service may credit the account, but they show no intention of fixing the issues. I am sure both sides would lose a lot of toll money if it were fixed vs. crediting the people that check. It's really fraudulent.

Dallas needs to come up with a new method for HOV discounts because this is not it!! I have tried this on 4 separate occasions, both with 2 smartphones and today with the occupant pass. All 4x I was charged full price. There is no way to see the status of the vehicle to know if it is reading all devices in the car. There's just an unhelpful blue bar that says you set it up correctly. To top it off, not only do I get charged full price, but this also drains your battery. Just Trash!
