Best taxi app - booking easy, payment easy, ratings easy, billing easy, rewards nice. One improvement would be handy - allowing you to tag flights to a booking to/from an airport.

App has generally worked as it should the various times I've used it over the past several years. Something basic that really needs to be addressed is allowing us to update credit card expiry dates. Currently, you can only do this by adding a new card, but the expired card remains on the payment method list (without the date visible, only last 4 digits of card number), so the old one could be selected inadvertently. No obvious way of deleting obsolete cards, either expired or closed accounts.

Don't use! They are dishonest & Do Not respond to you. You try booking in advance (a reasonable trip to the airport about 24hrs in advance) 8hrs later they call you and say no driver has accepted your offer, but they can organize someone to pick you up. Morning of booking, a premium taxi arrives, there is no booking as they cancelled it, so you can't see details of trip, but you don't have a choice now, or you'll risk running late. A $60 trip now cost $150 and charged to card on system from app.

Have a voucher and need to sign up however the app just crashes. Tried using Facebook to sign up and nothing happens.
