Drivers have been really nice the couple of times I used it! Great experience I wish there was a firm pet policy. I sometimes need transport to vet appointments with carriers, but I was told that the policy is just asking the driver if they're okay with pets when they arrive, which is risky since they could say no, and I would be late to the appointment. That's the only thing holding me back from using this service more.

I have had great service from Blue and White for my medical rides. They are very efficient and very accommodating. I have had friendly drivers mostly, some drivers just do their job and drive through none are unfriendly. Dispatchers have gone above and beyond to accommodate me and are very easy to work with. I use Blue and White before I use Transportation Plus anyway!

App gave estimate that ride would only be 9 minutes away with vehicle location showing up on the app to match. Booked, waited 15 minutes and still stuck at assigning driver. Other apps will have vehicle there in less time than I waited in vain for a driver to be assigned.

Horrible they always late on the phone can't speak english smell funny like why my driver always got to be Somali like this is America 🇺🇸 I like to see a white a black driver sometimes p. s t plus a little better they have them zoo people to, but they be on time⌚ 🤷🏽♂️😁

I will not be using this service again I was charged $26.50 when I scheduled a ride, and I am in the taxi right now and see the meter going. I got charged an additional $17.50 for a trip I needed to take because my own car is getting fixed. I'd rather use Lyft who only charges for a ride you take and not in advance.
