Game changer for motorcycle lovers. App is easy to use and has several features not available on regular scooters and electronic motorcycles. My favorite is the scooter customization, 2nd dashboard and Keyless functions.

September 10, 2022; some of the buttons in the app have reverted to chinese. Especially concerning are the buttons that control the bills, payments and credit cards. Localization was working fine before, but somehow, it is all over the place mixing chinese and english on critical financial interface.

Nothing works since the last update. Can't connect to my scooter without opening the app. The widget is too big and doesn't work (none of the buttons actually do anything). Why change something that worked fine to something worse ?

Widgets cannot have height adjusted on Android. Must be fixed! Google has a bias towards Apple products. As an Android user I feel I'm a victim of an exclusionary mentality by Google. If Google were fair they'd be accommodating to non-Apple users too.

The new update has a lot of bugs. Biggest problem is that it deletes my service booking. I've been trying to book a service and next day it is deleted. I took a screenshot to show the service center, but it also doesn't show on their system. Basic info about the scooter is also not showing on the app anymore. I seriously regret buying a gogoro. Not because of the scooter, but because of this failed attempt of building a functional app
