Sometimes it can't connect with the scooter if I went out of the service zone, and I'll have to push it all the way into service zone, quite a hassle, but I can't blame on the app, the app is good in all means.

Pros: once you get it to work, service is amazing: plenty of scooters and battery swapping stations available almost everywhere in cities and between, smooth process for rental/return, silent and powerful elec scooters. Cons: service is pricey and gets VERY prohibitive for long rentals so beware. App has some bugs pertaining to driving license registration which can be quite frustrating.

Great experiences, the only problem is the return bike erea is limited such as you cannot rent or return bike in Shulin, other thing is I don't where I can find the battery place, It's hard to search in the Gg map, it too far away.

This app was fine before, but I changed my phone, and now I can't update my account. It just keeps saying "hey there newbie" So frustrating. It also won't let me do anything when it sends a code to my phone. So, what's going on here? These are pretty basic issues that should be addressed. Definitely gives me pause about continuing to use the service or purchasing a Gogoro in the future (I was actually considering it this week, but no chance after this experience unless they fix this quickly).

RACIST. Xenophobic. It deserves zero stars, I cannot use the service. Go Share will not accept non-citizen 🆔 🪪. I hope this gets your attention. The support is dumb AI, in Chinese onl If you want a better review, you need to fix this situation. Perhaps a news outlet such as APPLE DAILY would like to investigate how this company seems to discriminate against resident foreigners. This cannot be an isolated incident, as I know many others who also cannot use Go Share for the same reason.

I will delete this app for the following reasons: 1. The helmets have a disgusting smell ±66% of the time 2. The locking mechanism for helmet area doesn't work ±50% of the time and causes delays / needing to contact center for assistance to lock 3. Instead of staff working to improve helmet smell, constant discounts are given instead 4. Small go share bikes have a top speed of 50 km, competitors charge same for bikes that go up to 70 km, clearly higher CP value (+no helmet smell most of the time)
