Good scooter, looked new, we'll take cared for, easily to set up for newbies. Flawless checking. Used at Puerto Rico at their year Fiesta de la Calle San Sebastián Weekend festival. Man this company made other scooter companies look bad. Meaning other companies asked you to purchase their service during daytime prior 4 u to become a night rider. That is... great speed and stability. Definitely using again soon when I take toddlers to Old San Juan. You guys made $$$$ this weekend. A++++

Ride was good but nearly $30 for ride is excessive

The scooter does not work and it never started. I moved the go throttle down but nothing happened. I'm disappointed that they took my money and I never got to use the scooter. Other scooter apps work well but this one doesn't at all. When I reported negative feedback, the app kept asking me for a reason but has no place to enter one. The only way to continue is to report positive feedback, but I wasn't happy at all. I suggest using other scooters.

Terrible service I downloaded the app put in 30.00 to ride scan the qr code it wouldn't unlock the app is trash unresponsive I was charged 5.35 and didn't move the scooter an inch
