Service is awesome. Every city and town should have this service. Woul cut down on lo AL traffic tremendously. I've only experienced this type of service in small isolated towns. The drivers are friendly and understanding. The service is somewhat restrictive per the company's the drivers' flexibility for the pickup and drop-off locations. Hopefully, that policy will change and give the drivers some flexibility. Ty's community transit for this service

If you close the app while a ride book is in progress, it keeps crashing, and you need to reinstall. I do not think Lynnwood needs this BS service if that's how it will behave!!!!!

This app is trash it never works. Why don't you fix it? I have tried this multiple months, and it never works. The automatic fill in for your pick and Destination never works. I take so much time trying to get the app to work I miss my appointments every time. I wish hope and pray that one of these days your app will work, but I am not holding my breath.

Apparently, after waiting for half an hour for a driver to pick up your request, the Goin app will cancel your request. Therefore, should you request another ride, they will put you at the bottom of the list, and you will be waiting for a much longer time because there are people ahead on the list. Today, I've waited over an hour. Customer service tried their best to help. But after over an hour waiting just to hear, I have to wait another 20 - 30 minutes. HECK NO! I have lost my patience.

Cannot even get the first step to work on this app. I try to sign up for an account, and it says "getting your current location..." and then gets stuck like that. Have tried everything I can think of, given the right permissions, tried on Wi-Fi vs data, restarted multiple times...does not work.
