Did not transition existing accounts, gave no individual notifications of the transition and the new app is a non-interactive screen?!!? Unimpressed.

Didn't transfer my old rewards when they transitioned to the new app. "New" app crashes as soon as it loads. I know my local American Natural has nothing to do with the app failing, but I refuse to patronize them until this is fixed.

This app is not working at all. I can't log in & when I do, it just automatically closes. How am I supposed to use my rewards or anything other specials you have. I have also tried emailing you 2x & the contact info you have isn't working either. What is going on with your app. This is just too much. I hope to hear something from you & hopefully soon. I can't give you good ratings if I can't use your app.
