Deleted previous review because they handled it very well. Riding the scooters is very fun and exciting. The 25 km/h feels nice and fast, if that's what you're looking for.

Customer service through the app works well however, their contact email is unresponsive sometimes bikes simply can't communicate with their servers, and reservations work about 60% of the time but if something goes wrong use the in-app ticket app

The rides were fun at first, but once we came back and realized we'd be charged more than what it costs for a day pass for a single hour of riding, it left a sour taste. The need for registering on the app before getting to ride is suspicious, as you're forced to fill out an arbitrary form, with no options for cash payments. They could take any amount of money straight from your card and charge you whatever they wish, and bill you extra with no repercussions. I'd caution anyone interested.

Frustrating staff as well as app, get sent to another spot to get a charged scooter only to get more with dead batteries

Not user-friendly and pretty inconvenient. The sign-up process is tedious and there was only one person working in the store. The bikes weren't fully charged, the app itself is not straight forward and mostly caters to residents, seeing as I only needed it once whereas residents would use it on a more regular basis.

Not great, downloaded the app, loaded credits but couldn't spend them as there were no scooters to be found in Stellenbosch. I've emailed countless times only to be ignored. Inquired for a refund and didn't get any response either. Sadly lost some money here, I wouldn't recommend.
