I am member of the Good Sam Roadside Assistance I put the app on my Note 9 and it will not work. I don't know what the heck is going on but it says that they can't find my membership number which is crazy, Because I do have an account and I put the app on my wife's phone on it work. Every time I put my information in it says that they can't seem to find the the members number. This is a terrible app. Developers you see how many stars this app has and what have you done? Are you guys trying to help us or screw us?

Used app to get a tow. App never updated so we didnt know the tow truck was there while we went to find a restroom. Tow truck left, no call from anyone. We then had to wait again. Service center had 3 people calling us at the same time after we called to complain about tow not showing yet. Then the tow service calls us to tell is they are on the way. If they had our number why not call when you arrive if you dont see anyone. All the while the app is showing a 40 minute ETA. Moral of the story, this app doesnt update the ETA correctly so do not depend on it.
