★★★★★ This is a very simple app, which generates a search string in Google and finds files uploaded to cloud-based servers (ftp) matching the search criteria. So you enter 'A Major Rock Band' and it finds all files related to them, or 'A Major Rock Band A Specific Album' and it finds the album. It isn't a case of everything being available, it's only what is out there that is - so 'new' releases maybe not, but old back catalogues quite likely. Once you click into the parent directory you can download directly (best done using a download manager), and voila! Music. Some directories are locked down by passwords, which I would expect, but a large number aren't. It's a case of looking and seeing what you can find. Is it illegal? weeeeell...I'm not sure. Using the Napster argument, technically the app is only generating a string, Google is the 'engine' which finds the results, and the owners of the files have put unsecured content onto the web. So, in view of the fact you could just type the string into Google, without the app...Google is not being stringent enough and the owners of the music are liable for making it easy to get at.....use it quick before these loopholes get closed!
