Too many processes to collect and deliver. Mark this mark that! And it would be great if we can filter the jobs according to post code (nearest post code). Also, the apps should allow collecting all parcels from the same location in one go. Often time I pick up for instance 2/3 parcel going towards same direction but just for one parcel I had to come back again to pick up. So these little things need to be fixed.

App improved a lot, but would you guys be able to fix notifications? It just doesn't send notifications even after giving it full priority. Also, would suggest blocking the option of app over gophr as probably people are using autoclickers or orders grabbers, and it affects those playing fair. Would be nice to have an option that shows order ready to collect and auto return if costumer don't answer.

Simply does not send notification constantly missing jobs. And when I do get the notification the job is gone. All permissions set. And constantly signs you out

Useless company I can't even register, before you could register on their website now you have to use this useless app. Says you need a code to register, but they don't email one and resend button does nothing and no not in spam or junk folders they just don't send the code.

Customer service not the best, will only accept 1 form of ID for right to work, if you don't have a passport (I never need one in the last 15 years) then you can't work for them (Even though, born in UK and had numerous job and all of them have done right to work checks) yet the want drivers to expand, yet make it impossible to be one. Would be more stars if had other right to work options
