Ive had this unit for 4 years. Im glad I didn't leave a review when I first got it. The instructions are basic and in some cases another language, so I understand the frustration reviews I've read. It's a Really Good unit the recording quality is Good not the best but does the job Well and you can set it from 3-10min record loops, has motion detect and good at night. Sound/speech quality is top-notch calls/GPS/music super clear, voice dial, buttons are easy 4.7☆ -playback options limited buy2x

I can't find any sites online to update the firmware on my Explore One HD camera with Wi-Fi. The settings page has a "UPGRADE" button taking me to a file manager. Custom firmware would be even nicer to have a different experience from developers who care and to get away from the currently buggy system. Good chance there isn't anything to upgrade to and that's just a feature to test on your own if you know what you're doing with the camera. 🤷☹️

I've connected to the Wi-Fi it instructs me to connect to and then the app says the Wi-Fi doesn't work. I have active data, and I'm in a Wi-Fi zone. My camera works perfectly fine.

Guys if this app doesn't work try "Road Cam" app which is the alternative app. Go Plus Cam doesn't work with all Freedconn R1 products. I don't know if it's because of fakes about or different companies with contracts.etc. but if Go Plus and Road Cam both work. Keep them both handy.
