Keyboard not typing letters in windows... I tried the app with samsung galaxy tab 10.1 honeycomb version and ICS version in both versions the keyboard if i want to type an address for example in internet explorer on the remote machine it will not type letters, it will type numbers or symbols but no letters. I then tried it on my Nexus phone ewith ICS and them with Jelly Bean and the same problem persists. So I don't think it's device specific or OS specific. Eitherwise things work well but the keyboard is a big fail. I even added a US keyboard layo

Works as advertised I used this in a recent job. The "approved" software was never available because the company only had 2 licenses. I had this and used it FREQUENTLY on my tablet to shadow Windows computers to assist with problems while researching issues and taking notes on my Windows laptop (second screen and I can see the affected machine and resolution at the same time). It works really well and is easy to use. I definitely recommend.

Latest Update is a NO GO! Same issue as Ric f. When I connect to Unattended the screen is always blank. Can't support my customers from a mobile device anymore. Pixel XL, LG V20, Nexus 6P, iPhone 7+ all have the same issue.

Old app is better. After the update i never had success connecting to unattended devices. My video apps affected displaying blank screen.
