Awesome customer service 👏 love the real life tracking on driver and the order update between the driver and business to keep you up to date with status 👍

This app is great and I can't wait for more restaurants to be offered. Unlike the other delivery option for Guam, the first time I used it the food arrived in time for dinner and was hot! Also, they are stimulating the economy and helping those in need during the coronavirus, so they're a great company! Will recommend to more people once the options expands.
★★★★★
Great app, looks good. Typically awesome service. Delivery usually quick depending on when u order. Lunch and dinner rusb u can expect a longer wait. Overall great app!
★★★★★
Awesome customer's service and will do their best to satisfy customers when there is a discrepancy. Delivers island wide. My favorite food delivery company always satisfied with their services!
★★☆☆☆
The app is slow, non responsive, customer support is slow to respond if at all, delivery times are terrible well over an hour, food arrives cold. If you have any other option steer clear. The app makes you select a tip amount before the order is completed and if the app glitches out there is no way to dispute or cancel the order/transaction.
★★☆☆☆
Pros: -Able to view menus of food and beverage businesses. -Drivers are timely and communicate well. -Good when you don't want to drive. Cons: -User interface is NOT user friendly, nor intuitive. You should be able to review your order prior to placing an order. There have been instances where an order was processed without our user input to lrocess the order. -Admin is slow to respond at times. -Delivery AND service fee. There should obly be a delivery fee and option for tip for the driver.
★★☆☆☆
I've been waiting for a food delivery app to come to Guam! Unfortunately, the fees added on top of your food are astronomical! There's a delivery fee, understandable, but then there's a service fee as well! Not to mention the tip for the driver! By the time you complete your order, your $10-$15 meal has more than doubled in price. I wish the would calm down with the fees. I'd hate for them to go belly up when their customers stop using the app and start eating in restaurants again.
