Works fine for what it shows, but I'd like to see policy details instead of just the basics. With every other insurance provider I've had in the past I've been able to see what cars are being covered. Also, an option to modify my policy online would be great.

This is a good insurance app. It makes it relatively easy to pull up your plan details and insurance card(s). I would like to see a way to display the insurance card from my phone's lock screen. Or have a way to lock the phone with the card showing before I hand it to a police officer. I do not feel comfortable handing my unlocked phone to anyone just to show a required document.

This is the best car insurance you can purchase. Serena in claims and Terhas Habtet in medical are Phenomenal! They are compassionate and handled all my needs without any issues or complaints. If you're in the need of car insurance I highly recommend Grange Insurance. 😊!

Terrible app. Payments never go through, times out trying to load. Doesn't save your payment information. Not sure they could make it harder to pay your bill.

Absolute dog shit company. If you want to wait over 5hrs on roadside assistance in a busy city like Atlanta, this is the insurance for you.

Soooooo FRUSTRATED with this app. Won't accept the numbers put in for payment correctly. Almost paid wrong amount cause app incorrectly puts in payment amount. Unbelievable that a multi-billion dollar company would allow this. I would be embarrassed to allow this app in my company if I had one. I'm sure they've had multiple complaints because they say to call an 800 line to make payment if you have this issue. Not the end of the world but if you're going to put out an app make sure it works.
