Gratitude Voice Journal

Gratitude is a voice journal: a gratitude journal you speak instead of write. Each day, say three good things out loud, and your phone turns them into words.
A daily journal that takes a minute, a gentle habit of self care, and Luna to talk your day through.

A gratitude journal you speak
Tap, say what went right, and it is kept the moment you finish. You only type if you would rather type. Three good things is the practice, never the limit: when there is a fourth, say it.

Your daily journal in moons
Each day on the home screen is a moon. One thing lights a crescent, two a half moon, three a full moon. A quiet day is a moon not lit yet. There is no streak to break and nothing to feel bad about, so the habit stays gentle.

A diary to read back
Every day you kept is there to read again, in your own words. The archive shows your months and the words you say most, the weekly recap gathers your week, and export puts your whole journal into one text file. Share any day as a card with Luna on it, and with Premium a month or a year from your look-backs. A daily reminder at the time you choose is there if you want one.

Talk your day through with Luna
Luna gives you five minutes a day to talk about your day, in one call or a few, whenever you like. As you talk, Luna keeps your three good things on your list the moment you say them. She remembers your week, so she can bring back something from a few days ago, and she has a face that listens while you talk and sleeps once today's five minutes are used. Pick a quick call or a longer one. Start with someone who made day, or just talk, and on Sundays look back over the week. If you like, she rings at a time you choose, like a phone call.

A free journaling app, and Premium
Gratitude is free with no account: speaking your things, the moons, the ars and export, with everything on your phone. Premium needs an account andadds Luna, backup and sync across your phones, and look-backs on your months and years. Premium is billed monthly, starting with a 7 day free trial for new subscribers, or every six months.

Privacy
Your phone's own speech recognition turns your voice into words. No audio is ever saved, and your journal stays on your phone unless you turn on backup or call Luna. On a call, your voice streams live to OpenAI to make the conversation, with the words Luna needs to know your days, and we never store your voice. After each call a short note of what you talked about is kept, as text, so the next call can remember it. The details are in our privacy policy.
