It still has some growing pains but overall I have been able to enjoy the content I'm subscribed to without being subjected to the addictive aspects of apps like YouTube. I didn't leave YouTube and choose Gray Jay because of ads, I left because the YouTube search is broken and filled with recommended sections that are unrelated to my search. Thank you for freeing up my time from that addiction and frustration

★★☆☆☆ Almost Worth Using But It doesn't solve the main issues I've had with YouTube. It did I initially, but now I'm content plagued with "Block detected attempting bypass" which restarts your video over and over (and over and over and over won't progress). This is annoying but what's worse if you get the "Sign in to confirm you're not a bot, the app doesn't handle that properly. I made a gmail burner and signed in. App doesn't acknowledge it... same error! Twitch works well for what it's worth, and history feature is nice. But with the errors it is no better than Brave, which I was already using. If it could either let you log in to YouTube or fix the constantly restarting videos issue, I will actually pay for it.
