Greek Reference: Ancient Greek Lexicon & Syntax is an open source tool for students of ancient Greek. It contains a full, searchable copy of Liddell and Scott's Intermediate Greek-English Lexicon, as well as the text of Jeffrey A. Rydberg-Cox's Overview of Greek Syntax.
Please note that this app is no longer under active development and will not receive further updates.

I love this. The only suggestion I could make to this is for the search engine. I typed in a phrase, and it gave no results. The phrase was "desperate for help" in Greek. I was going to use it in my journal today. So, what I would suggest is a search engine that would use a phrase or the definition to help you find the word. Anyway, thank you and God bless!

I know it's "ancient Greek" but can you add some lately words for us, please? From Byzantine period, maybe. I see that I have to edit my review because I can't reply to a reply... I hope that you see my edited review. I understand that you can't edit the lexicon, but can you add a new work? Lampe's one maybe?

I am unclear what this is supposed to teach. No meanings within it are understandable, vague, and unable to be used in speech due to its uncertainty. I could not even find the word fish ψάρι. Fish is a major part of Greek diet along with vegetables so it's a common word.

Misleading in name and description. It offers no searchable table of contents, just a list organized alpha of words. You have to have a Greek character keyboard to search for words accurately. There is no English to Greek feature. The syntactical info is useful (but you have to have the creator's Greek NT app), but the same info is available for free through other apps. How anyone could give this more than 2 stars I don't understand, and how the people who made this can take money for this, I understand even less.

This did not work for me. Loeb edition of Epictetus. No results for any of the words in the Enchiridion 1.1.
