I've been using a competitor, but hoping to find anything better. Finally, green wheels have upped their game - I have two cars with automatic clutch near my home! These cars seem to be better maintained, app works better and is more user-friendly, I can decrease my deductible per ride. And price seems to be cheaper, though car is lower class too, but I don't care as long as it's maintained and clean. I would really appreciate it, if you add more information about the car itself into the app.

Good to see newer cars (mainly electric) being added although in my neighborhood (Zoetermeer) the ID3 is not there yet. In the app I would like to have a feature to search cars by model.

Hardly any EVs and payment system unreliable. Said there was an error so kept trying, then realized actually no EVs so went to another provider. But they did actually take the €100 deposit. Now going to have to mess around getting it back. Fundamentally why is a company called 'Green wheels' when 90% of the cars are petrol? Are the wheels painted green? Scammers!

The customer service is friendly. But every time there is an issue with the app and are there problems with handing in the car. Every. Time.

App constantly showing errors, changing the language doesn't work either. Very buggy UX, all in all. Their customer support forces you to use their contact form instead of integrating with regular email, apparently. Further, they removed the car that was nearby, and require a 100 EUR deposit, so I'll be trying My Wheels first, hopefully the experience is less bad there.
