I WOULD RATE THIS ZERO IF I COULD!! I don't think these people understand that people use their services for business purposes. I provided every document they asked for, and they reversed the deposit TWICE! How do you want my clients to think of me. All I can say is your so-called "payment verification team" is completely incompetent. They take days to verify just to ignore the documents and reverse it. I'll have to switch to an alternative app now.

My experience with you guys is very, very terrible you guys put my payment on pending after I filed every possible options to show you I'm a freelancer, now I lost one of the biggest contracts I've gotten so far just because of that! Poor communication system, poor verification process, I don't even know where to start, but you guys kept holding people's payments like I've seen on Facebook only for it to happen to me, I hope people will take note and avoid using this app
