Gridbook replaces your paper reservation book with a clean, fast digital grid. Create a day, set your slot duration, and start booking. Overbooking is allowed and expected - because in the real world, things happen.

You have the choice:
Choice 1: Free tier: No accounts. No cloud. No ads. No network. Everything stays on your device, always.
Choice 2: Premium = Team and co-work, client no app system to book a slot, manager access and all in the free tier, but here our partners collect data (Google).

Features

Slot grid - set a start time, end time, and slot duration; Gridbook generates the grid instantly. Live preview before you confirm.
One-tap booking - tap a slot to book it. Tap again to overbook. No warnings, no friction.
Undo - every booking shows an undo snackbar. One tap to reverse.
Notes - long-press any slot to add free-text notes to each booking.
Capacity control - set a default capacity per day, override it per slot. Gridbook shows at a glance which slots are free, booked, or over capacity.
Block slots - mark any slot as blocked (lunch break, setup time).
Archive - past days move to the archive automatically. Delete or recover for 90 days.
Export - share a day as CSV or PDF through any app.
Midnight-crossing - bars and night venues: start at 19:00, end at 01:00. Gridbook handles it.
Dark theme - full dark mode support with dynamic colour on Android 12+.
Accessible - minimum 48dp touch targets, TalkBack descriptions, and large font support.
French and English - fully localised.

Privacy

Gridbook collects zero critical data. Almost nothing is transmitted and almost nothing is shared except for performance, crash analytic and making the app better.
