I lost my debit card but didn't realize I had lost it. Luckily I was able to lock my card using the app. When I called customer service there were a few charges I did recognize. They helped me to replace my card and with the charges. I did not know you can get a new card in the app. That was cool.

I don't use this app but had a fraudulent account opened in my name. No way to talk to a human about closing the account without using the fraudulent card #. Customer service email on welcome mailer wrong. Once found email online, no response back from the company. Still trying to close the account. Edit: customer service can't close accounts. Trying to call Blue Ridge Bank next. Edit 2: 2 Blue Ridge Banks, neither can help. Say to call Grind 24

Grind supports FRAUD. I had a fraudulent account made in my name. I called, and I can't get through the phone system without activating the fraudulent card. The E-mail on the mailer is wrong. I finally e-mailed them after finding the right address on the web and there was only a standard form response. Nothing is being taken care of. I don't know what to do.

Can't trust what they say! Or with your money. I got ripped off by an atm and was promised my money back in a provisional credit by 5 ppl after 5 business days, on the 5th day, no credit, and when I called them they told me it's going to be the 20th business well after being told it was approved by five different people and my money would be there at the end of the 5th business day, I'm pissed now its another 3–5 days to escalate this, and then I might get my credit by the 20th business day.
