And I was trying to transfer money from the grooming Mfb app to Access Account. It was showing transfer failed Account pending Approval

The app is as useless as what I don't know about It won't even let me remove my money. It keeps on saying account pending approval The app should be out of the Play Store It's just the aesthetic. Every other thing is zero. Poor customer service. Zero star for the Grooming Microfinance Bank app.
