Good morning sir my name is IFEANYI DUH. L download the app. Although I transfer money from my access account to my grooming account. The amount is 2000 and it was credited. And I was trying to transfer money from the grooming Mfb app to Access Account. It was showing transfer failed Account pending Approval

first of all, I applaud your low interest rate, but am I having serious issues with this app, since on the 4th of August I transferred money from my GMFB account to my opay, the transferred was failed, and I was debited, and immediately they reversed it, but that reversal is not reflecting in my GMFB balance, I Ve called the customer care severally they said they're working on it, it's been over 6 days now, NO RESULT, pls what should I do?
