I absolutely love this app! I have been a huge fan of Heidi for years, and this app is just amazing. I love that you get to customize everything, but it has alternative help for quick workouts.

The period tracker hardly works. Each month, I try to log my period and most likely, it will not log for me. I've reached out to customer service, and they never know how to fix this issue. The food tracker is okay, but not as user-friendly as I'd like, so I honestly haven't used it much. I think the major issue is that they've tried to build an all-in-one app where everything is just so-so instead of focusing on one thing to perfect and then adding more as time goes on.

Workouts are pretty decent, community engagement is so-so, food logging needs work (no recipe builder). Transformation challenge felt like more of a popularity contest than an actual body change. There are glitches in the workout loading and voting. Expected more from the hype, unfortunately. Also, when you cancel your membership subscription, there's no confirmation email. Make sure you take a screenshot.

Doesn't update. Not enough workouts. Not worth the money at all. Canceled because the app is always down and having to be updated. don't support this company at all.
