Was a great service until they lost the ability to deal in the US, was very sudden, and given very little information. Their US tech support has become non-existent, I have to deal with their support to buy my device from them (which mine is still eligible for), and their support has been ignoring me (only option now is email support). I don't know what happened to this company, but avoid them, as I may be having to get my family lawyer to threaten them.
