Description
The GTE App provides all Global Telemetrics customers easy access to keep you connected to your vehicle or fleet directly from your phone. The GTE App offers multiple functions to complement your existing Global Telemetrics Monitoring Services:
Vehicle Location: View the live position or last known location of your vehicle or fleet including speed, ignition status and battery voltage.
Geo Fences: Create, edit and draw your own Geo Fences. This function allows you to create a virtual perimeter around your chosen location and be alerted via Push Notification if your vehicle enters or exits this area.
Calendar: View the historical journey data for your vehicle(s) including routes, speed, distance and location on a day by day basis.
Notifications: A powerful notifications centre allows you to receive multiple alerts direct to your mobile device via push notification. Receive alerts for Geo Fences, Battery Warnings (including Low Battery & Battery Disconnects), Movement Alerts & more.
Service Mode: Temporarily disable your alerts if your vehicle is in the garage or being transported. Please note by activating service mode, all alerts including push notifications and those received by the Global Telemetrics Control Centre will be disabled for your specified time period.

All operations are dependent upon vehicle usage, a suitability charged vehicle battery, GPRS/GSM coverage, internet connections and product capabilities.

Let's stay saying, you feel assured your vehicle is safe as it's monitored as you would monitor a baby lol as some of us treat our pride and joys like a baby by caring for them and having the vehicle monitored is a peace of mind 👍 it informs you when you start the vehicle and where it is at all times through the app how even the state of the vehicle battery. I especially love the key card as you will get notified if the car has been driven off without the key card 2

I am at the end of my tether with this tracker and company. I constantly have issues with the card not letting me start the car and when I try to put it in service mode, it takes 15 minutes for someone (who's obviously not watching for notifications) to approve service mode. Why do I need your permission to approve service mode? And pay for the privilege! I can make my own decisions through the app. I have to call every couple of months to get something changed. I won't recommend this system.

Not impressed by the app. It doesn't send you notifications which is the while point of a tracker app. You need to remember to open the app to check vehicle status. Although it's an insurance requirement I also wanted to use it to check my battery level when the vehicle is in storage over winter. It doesn't send the battery level notifications, so you need to keep checking the app to see if it's time to charge the battery. The call back functions on the app don't seem to do anything either.
