With a few simple steps we'll have you set up and ready to improve the security of your vehicles and have peace of mind.
We use state of the art artificial intelligence to combine your vehicle equipment, tracker and smart devices to determine if you are in your vehicle when it is turned on. So, when you begin a journey your vehicle communicates with us to start the verification process.
Using your vehicle tracker, car systems, phone sensors and artificial intelligence we start checking to ensure you are the driver of your vehicle.
If we successfully verify you are the drive of the vehicle no further action is taken and you continue your journey. If we can't verify you automatically we'll contact you immediately to verify you are the driver (in case you forget your phone) or another permitted driver is using your vehicle.
If the vehicle has been stolen or is being driven without permission we initiate our theft recovery protocols and liaise with the authorities to track and recover your vehicle.
We'll provide with your login details and then take you through some simple steps to set up your vehicle. Once set up you can have peace of mind that your vehicle is protected by D-iD.

Logs out false alerts, call center constantly on the phone, needs timers for day and night for auto and manual alerts. Could be great needs a lot of work

As other have said, an appallingly written app which forgets or loses the user details constantly, resulting in needing to repeatedly re-register. The solution when voicing these concerns to Smart rack is to use Manual mode, effectively meaning I have to notify them when the car is moved without authorization, rather than receive a call from them, which seems like a backward step.

Rubbish app need to go back to fob keeps logging out then takes forever to log back in the money I've paid I'd expect an app or fob to work correctly NEEDS SORTING ASAP
