Unresponsive. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It's got to the point where I just give up trying to log on and let telemetries phone me to tell me that my vehicle is on the move...meh.

Even though there is an option for fingerprint login, and despite clicking it on every login, when you next go into the app it requires the password again. Another issue is that when you arm or disarm, the screen doesn't automatically refresh to show this.

Flaky as hell. Given this is a security solution for which significant annual charges are made this app is woeful

Only downloaded this app today, given a temporary password to start using it, found the app very good to start with, then when I wanted to change the password the app froze or didn't move from the send page, not a good start, now had this app a few weeks now, difficult to log on not very good to use, one of the developers need to look at this as it's an important app to safeguard your caravan, still having same log on problem, think it needs a rethink by the developer.
