Unprofessional approach by GTS. I booked a rental yesterday on 29-11-2022 for Dehradun local on 30-11-2022 for 2 hours and 20 Kms. First of all payments made through payment booking was not successful. Then also through credit card also problem was there. I was shocked when I got a phone call from them that they will not be able to carry booked ride on the cost mentioned in the app. Very poor service.

I travelled yesterday by GTS cab and can tell with personal experience that their service is not worth trying anymore. AVOID GTS as it has gone from bad to worse now. Talking of vehicle, they sent a very, very old desizer car with accidental bumper. Interiors of veh were shabby, there were mosquitos roaming all inside & AC cooling was practically non-existing. The driver was very casual, careless & non-responsive. He kept talking on phone throughout the journey. Overall a Poor experience👎👎👎

Very poor service. 1st you travel with them then you argue them over bill. . Days after calls & calls they will give you bill where there will be no mention of toll charges you paid. They say talk to driver for toll bill. They say you can take bill from website and their Website doesn't work properly. When you can accept booking on call then why can't you give bill on phone. And why should I call you for bill, I paid you for your services, you give me bill, that's all man.
